LOFTPREP

Terms

Plain English, because you are here to practise English. This is the agreement between you and whoever runs this platform.

Who you are dealing with

LoftPrep is run by Mustafo Nigmatov, who lives in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. Questions and complaints go to support@loftprep.app.

What this is, and what it is not

This is independent practice material. It is not an official IELTS product, it is not endorsed by the IELTS Partners, and finishing anything here does not give you a qualification. IELTS® belongs to British Council, IDP Education and Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

Band scores shown here are estimates produced by software. A real band is given by a trained examiner sitting a real exam. Treat what you see here as a guide to where you are, not as a result.

The plans

  • Free — practice tests, your own progress, and a small number of AI checks each month.
  • Standard — every AI tool, with a monthly allowance of marking.
  • Premium — everything in Standard, a larger allowance, and new tests before anyone else.

What each one costs, for one, three or six months, is on the prices page. It is kept there rather than repeated here so the two can never disagree.

Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. If you run out, you can wait for the first of the month or ask about more.

Paying

There is no card checkout. You message the teacher, who sends you an account to transfer to; you send the money and a screenshot of the transfer, and your access is opened by hand. Account details are only ever given to you in a message, never posted publicly. Access is granted for the period you paid for and does not renew by itself — nothing is taken from you automatically, and there is no subscription to cancel.

What is expected of you

  • Your account is yours. Do not share it — access is per person, not per household or per group.
  • Do not copy, republish or resell the practice material.
  • Do not use the AI tools to produce work you will pass off as your own somewhere else.

An account used against these terms can have its access ended without a refund of the unused part.

No promise about your score

No band is guaranteed. Some platforms promise a score or your money back; this one will not, because your result depends on your work and on a day nobody here controls. What is promised is that the practice is real, the marking is honest about its own limits, and you are told what to fix.

Interruptions and changes

This is a small platform, not a utility. It may be unavailable while it is being updated or if a service it depends on fails. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. If something you paid for is withdrawn during a period you paid for, the unused part is refunded.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic, and disputes are heard there.
