Refunds

The first week

If you have paid and change your mind within seven days, ask and you get all of it back. No reason needed and no questions asked.

After that

If you stop in the middle of a period you paid for, the unused whole months are refunded. The month you are in is not, because the AI marking in it has already been paid for on your behalf.

If something here is broken

If a part of the platform you paid for does not work and cannot be fixed in reasonable time, you get that period back whether or not the seven days have passed. That is not a favour; it is what you paid for not existing.

What is not refunded

• AI marking you have already used.
• Access ended because the terms were broken, such as a shared account.

How to ask

Message the teacher on the contact details shown inside the platform, or write to support@loftprep.app. Say which email your account uses. Refunds go back the way they came, normally within five working days.
